The kit itself is good and the customer service is responsive until there is a problem. The battery they sent me had exposed metal in the discharge wire side and when I inserted that cable through the hole of the bag for the battery, the exposed metal touched the metal grommet and I almost got electrocuted; additionally, the short burned a hole in the wires on the battery connector side. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a picture of a properly insulated wire and claimed that is what they sent me. I went back to the pictures from before everything shipped and zoomed in on the battery, where you can clearly see that the wires are not insulated as they now claimed. Eventually, they agreed to give me a refund, but have been radio silent since. The first picture is what they sent me before the order was shipped. The second and third picture are the discharge chord with wires clearly visible and exposed metal. Last pic is what they claimed to have sent me.
